Shared Ownership Terms

User Responsibilities

- Respect other group members and their usage rights

Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Sublease or rent vehicles to third parties
- Use vehicles for commercial purposes without authorization
- Damage or misuse vehicles or equipment
- Interfere with other users' rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Fees and Payments
- Share purchase prices are one-time fees
- Annual maintenance fees are due as specified
- Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive wear
- Late payment fees may be assessed
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
Liability and Insurance
Users are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. ToyShare provides supplemental coverage but users remain primarily responsible for damages and liability during their usage periods.
ToyShare's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
